Anxiety - Causes, Symptoms and Treatment

Anxiety is a state of fear, nervousness and worry. Anxiety generally occurs because of emotional disturbances. Some types of fear and worry such as fear before an exam, worry before an interview are normal but if these factors stays for a long and affects the normal life then it is a case of anxiety. teenagers are more prone to anxiety because of their more emotional problems in comparison with people of other age group. anxiety can occur because of mental problems, physical problems and the adverse effects of the medicines and the combination of these three factors.
